Delivery
It is the recipients responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
If you opt not to insure your parcel, any damage or loss occurring during delivery or arising from a late delivery is not our liability. Some orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery, however we do our very best to ensure it reaches you the fastest and safest possible way. Should delivery be delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute as a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery.
Stock
For the convenience of our customers, we use a real-time stock tracking system to ensure our product availability is accurate. Unfortunately from time to time we may run out of a particular product due to loss, damage or warehousing issues. Under these circumstances we will notify the customer as soon as possible to offer alternative products / refunds or back orders.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns unless an agreement has been made based on specific circumstances.  
For health and security reasons, we cannot refund hair dye, or any product not in completely sealed packaging,
Refund requests for any reason (including damages and shortages) must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery to customerservice@idare.com.au. Upon agreement that a return will be accepted you must return the product within 20 days of delivery. The product must not show any signs of use or wear or tear and must be packaged and sealed appropriately. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
